Our research and data teams work 100% behind the scene, with no direct contact with the outside world. Rather they work through a recruiter's email account, LinkedIn, Social Media, and CRM. So one pair of hands becomes five.
They are responsible for blocking and tackling the recruiting process.
This includes list building, data management, applicant coding, and sending scripted crafted messages through the senior recruiter outbound email and social accounts.
